Definition of parties
Vendor is Rypetoppen Adventurepark AS , 7530 MERÅKER, firstname.lastname@example.org, phone no: +47 452 88 009, and is hereinafter referred to as we, our or us.
Buyer is the person who is listed as the buyer in the order, and is hereinafter referred to as you, your or yours.
General terms and conditions
You yourself are responsible for checking information about our age restrictions, requirements of physical health, etc. Information can be found on our web site, but you can also call us regarding specific questions.
We accept the following form of payment when booking on Internet: VISA, MasterCard or PayPal. The full amount will be deducted immediately, and you will shortly receive a receipt with the ticket(s) via the email address provided.
Cash payment is not available when ordering online, but is available when booking in the park.
Groups and companies have the option to pay by invoice by prior arrangement by phone or email. The advance agreement will not be valid until you have received our confirmation by email.
Age restriction on purchase of tickets
Age limit for online purchases is 15 years. Persons under 15 years must have consent of parent or guardian before any purchase of tickets and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
About the ticket and ticket validity
Booking is binding upon payment of the event with confirmed approved transaction. Please keep the receipt.
Receipt will be sent via the email address provided when ordering, and will be used as ticket(s). It can also be printed at the time of purchase – the validity of the ticket(s) will be stated on the receipt. It is not possible to change the date.
Receipt of booking should be included and presented upon arrival at the park.
It is important that you treat the receipt as a security, whether it is in electronic form or on paper, and make sure it is not copied or printed several times. If we have reason to believe that there has been any abuse / counterfeiting, such as copying the tickets, you will be asked to identify yourself. Although you can always print a new receipt, you will be refused entry to the park if someone else has been using your ticket number before you. Any attempt on abuse / counterfeiting of tickets is considered a forgery and will be reported to the police authority..
Pre-booked ticket(s) must be redeemed before 01.00 PM to make sure you will get a climbing harness upon arrival. After 01.00 PM we will make all the harnesses available for drop in sales, and in this case there might be a risk for having to wait until incoming harness will be available.
Note! Season / gift cards – apply as ordinary tickets sold at drop-in into the park. I.e., there is no guaranty for a place in the park if it is filled up.
When booking a lavvu check-in must be made between 3.00 PM and 6:00 PM the day of arrival and check-out before 11.00 AM the last rental day.
Refunds and changing tickets
It is important to ensure that you have selected the correct tickets before proceeding to payment. We do not refund tickets already purchased and does not replace tickets with other tickets, or another date.
No refund is given in case of storms, outages or other force majeure events.
Processing and use of personal data
By accepting our terms and conditions you agree also that we can process personal information provided by you in connection with ticket purchases as a part of the administration and implementation of customer relationship, including statistics. By subscribing to news and promotions you also agree that we can process the personal information provided by you to send you special offers, newsletters and promotion and participation in games and competitions.
Your personal information will not be disclosed to outsiders unless necessary to comply with Norwegian law. We may also use subcontractors for the treatment of your personal information.
We guard against typos and any rate changes
If we have have done any typos or misprints of significant size, in advertisements, etc. and / or in our online store that adds to more than 15% of the normal retail price, we can unilaterally modify, delete or reject bookings. This applies even if you have received a booking confirmation, receipt or similar. Such errors must however be corrected within a reasonable amount of time after the error is detected.
Any price changes occurring after the time of booking and that not is caused by errors (see above) has no retroactive effect.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions, including as a result of changes in legislation.
